This router jig is designed to fit in the existing grooves of overlay UFH boards and is used to create extra full loops where needed to get around obstacles.

It comes with 2 sets of lugs, one for 16mm overlay panels, and one for 12mm overlay panels.

It is best used with a small trim router such as Makita RT0701C or DRT50Z, or Katsu equivalent.

The jig is designed for use with a 30mm guide bush, which can be included for the Makita and Katsu router if you don’t have one. To fit, simply unscrew the existing standard base, push the supplied guide bush into place and then fit the standard base back on top.

For 16mm pipes, use a 16mm diameter round cutter bit and for 12mm pipes, use a 12mm diameter round cutter bit.
